Sixth Lesson(1/2/10)

Today is our sixth lesson.We learnt about friendship.We were asked what factors of a good friend should have.And our answer is SACRIFICING.I make Antonio as a good example for a bestfriend that would sacrifice his life for Bassanio.I learnt that from the part that Antonio ask Bassanio to speak well of him after his death,Antonio is not regret at all to sacrifice himself.Antonio would sacrifice his life for a friend because he really loved Bassanio.In my opinion,friendship is important to Singapore as Singapore is a small country.We need to be friends with other countries so that when we are in need,they would help us.I think that Singapore had a good friendship with other country because Singapore is well known to other countries.

Fifth lesson(290110)

Today is our fifth lesson.We learnt the quality of mercy.We used and quote the quality of mercy from Portia's line.I think that quality of mercy itself means that a person should forgive other people upon thier wrong deeds.But I also feels that mercy itself could not be forced.Mercy should be shown from a person's heart.Mercy is important in the world because when an innocent suspect is accused,he or she should be shown mercy.

Fourth Lesson(250110)

Today we learnt a little bit more about merchant of venice.We checked through our homework.The homework was supposed to be submitted on the next friday.really enjoyed the lesson today.I love MOV!

Third lesson(220110)

Today,I learnt about Merchant Of Venice.It is a story written by Shakespeare.To me,the scene itself teaches the quality of friendship.There are four main character.Shylock,Antonio,Bassanio and Portia.Shylock is a Jew moneylender.Antonio is the bestfriend of Bassanio.Antonio is also a merchant.Bassanio loves Portia and are willingly wanted to marry her but Bassanio had no money.Antonio lend money from shylock which if shylock fails to return,a pound of flesh would be cut from Antonio's body.The matter was then brought to the Venetian court.So thats roughly what we learnt today.I really enjoyed the scene very much.

Second lesson(150110)

Hey guys!Today are the second lesson of literature.Mr Chua was on MC.Our Class were been relieved my a relieve teacher.We were introduced to a very famous writer known as William Shakespeare.He wrotes a very good story such as Merchant Of Venice.H also wrotes a famous love story known as Romeo and Juliet.We then were showed slides about 'Macbeth'.Macbeth was also known as "The Scottish Play".The scene were about the three witches and an army general macbeth.We were then ask to do an homework.We have to draw out the setting of the three witches.The three witches tried to trick macbeth.Macbeth is a short story.

First lesson(080110)

Hi People!!Today was the first literature lesson.Including this year,I have been thought by MR TYRUS CHUA for two years.On the first lesson,We learnt a poem which is called Cinquain.Cinquain,consist of five different lines which describe something or somebody.I really love to create Cinquains.We were then ask to do an homework.We were ask to creat two Cinquains which describe our class(2dynamic)and our individual name(Huzaifah!!).I am really looking forward to our next lesson.
